Excellent IT leadership Ability to learn on the job and grow within IT.

Lack of IT standards and tools.

The company will give you a lot of overtime.

The company doesn't care about you and neither do the higher management team it's really sad. I have seen good people get fired/leave for working in unsafe environments, but since we "cant say no to the customer" we have work no matter what. Covid, Hurricanes, no lights in warehouse, doesnt matter just figure it out.
