The culture is mostly a babysitting business that happens to sell shoes. We are purposely kept in the dark on development initiatives and ways to improve the business, and are treated like we have no value. As I've learned, the leadership structures above us dont appear to care or are aware of how things really are and after some time here I cant say that they do anything of impactful value. Everyone is paid poorly for our contribution. It makes sense that they dont try to keep quality people around and why they dont stay. I thought there were opportunities to learn and contribute here, maybe its because I'm a woman. I applied here from a local competitor which was a mistake, I hope to go back.
