Great community and great work deliverables.

Based in Seattle which is hard to access and expensive.

Nice office space that's centrally located in downtown Seattle. Some very smart people on staff.

I was underutilized and had difficulty finding interesting projects (lots of low-level work). That being said, you're expected to have high billability. Project managers are aggressive, but also lack transparency on finances, expectations, etc. If you make a mistake, you'll definitely hear about it. Salary was low compared to the average for the region. Relatively high staff turnover for such a small firm (likely due to many of the aforementioned issues...)
