Great place to understand the people and to learn the job. I am with accounting background but was quickly adapted to ERP environment. Good to have a place where you will be enjoying to share your opinions both for the betterment of both you and the company. Your views will be given due weightage. Friendly environment. If you want to learn new things in IT , this is the one you can count on. I left few months before due to restructuring but this does not dent me to update myself in IT , though @ my own space.

As of now things have vastly improved in this company - where the knowledge transfer was earlier incomplete- due to logistical reasons- but today being well addressed by able hands. Hence no issues, I shall admit.
