Hmmm, I would not call it a "pro", but they are good at hiring nice people. Have good talent, but everyone ends up leaving the company. I would not join this company except if you are urgently trying to get a job

The management at this company is terrible. The CEO openly admitted that their goal was to make us feel micromanaged. During the hiring process, they lie and promise opportunities that never materialize. There is no real room for growth as a developer here. What they actually want are “crazy vibe coders” while relying on AI to handle most of the coding. If you don’t care about your career and only want a paycheck, then maybe this company is for you. The culture enforced by the management team is toxic: you’re expected to constantly go the “extra mile,” and if you don’t, you’re labeled a bad employee. They fired the Head of Engineering and then blamed us for not meeting the milestones. Management never took responsibility for anything.

Leaving a huge company with 65,000 employees to join a start-up was scary, for sure, but I am glad I took a leap of faith. I have learned more at ForUsAll in the past 9 months than I did in the past 10 years working in the 401k industry. We are changing the old mentality, and building a culture of excellence and accountability. Pushing each other to learn more, innovate and adapt. My colleagues are very smart, well educated, and motivated, and it is a pleasure to work side by side with them.

There was a lot of turnover at this company before I joined, and it created a period of turmoil for clients and employees alike. There were a number of frustrated clients that I had to have tough conversations with in the beginning. Things are much better now.
