Employees treated horrible - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Forever 21

They do not care about their employees, they only care about making their sales goals for the day/week. If the goals are not made, the sales associates are verbally abused. My store manager, in particular, was very lazy and rude. On many different occasions she insulted and cussed out the sales associates. They work their employees to the bone and when you asked to take a 10 minute break, they come up with reasons why they won't let you. Sales Associates get scheduled to do floorsets, which is overnights and are paid minimum wage (12+ hours with one 30 minute break, if you ask for more you are told no) I worked in the fitting room and for 2 months worked without any sort of air conditioning. When Sales Associates told the store manager all she told us was to stop complaining. Managers obviously choose favorites, watch out.
