Very Unprofessional company!! - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Manager presso Forever 21

Pay is horrible!!! New floor set every 6 weeks. Customers and sales associates get lost all the time where something is. Customers get frusterated because nobody knows where a specific shirt is because they moved it for the 5th time. They need to give more hours during the holidays so every zone can be covered and every register and fitting room opened so we can make are upt and ads. Without hours it's impossible for a weekend to make upt and ads eith 6 associated and 2 cashiers in a large store and recover the store so nice and pretty especially when the employees are getting paid 8.00 an hr i knw thats minimum wage and that's everywhere but forever is so picky on how they want the store to look like that at least pay associates a little mor like 8.50 visuals like 12.00 because I mean they do make the store look so nice. and managers 14.00 for assistants and so on. People stick aroungd because they need a job,
