Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all.
