Unscrupulous, deplorable, unqualified team supervisors. Everybody is over-worked, many don't have law degrees. I worked in the Conveyancing department which couldn't keep up with the work which it took on. Shoddy, delayed work by fee earners and supervisors mean that house buyers often call, shouting down the phone and asking to speak to a fee earner or manager. Conveyances cost a lot more than they should because of the delay, and hate surfaces. Fosters don't care. They leave these phone calls to over-qualified temps to deal with. Finally when they are finished with the temps, as a filthy, sweat-ridden, fat old man would finish with a prostitute, they discard them.
