- An amazing working environment - People who are always looking after you and really cares about what you need - we have Leaders, NOT Bosses, if you don't know how to do something, they teach you and provide you with the tools for doing so - Did I already say Team work?, They're amazing, for real, can't think of a better place to work at

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
