Career development planning could be better, so could be projects organisation. The crowd being very young, it might lack senior experts.

Nice working environments. Good work ethics. Easy to have a family life. Interesting people.

Very slow processes. Many times there is no work while waiting for the next project. Can only work there as a contractor as it is very hard to get hired.
