      Interesting problems, good tech stack. Honest no-bullshit intellectually curious engineering culture. Good impact and freedom. Very caring atmosphere fostered by a great people team. Everyone is so nice.

      Little bit hard to see what the non-engineering people are seeing, and exactly how your work fits in to the whole picture. Teams could coordinate better, as in every company.

      - Work with some really smart, knowledgeable, supportive and kind people. - Many opportunities to take on big projects and learn a lot regardless of seniority - Pretty organised and process-driven for startup standards

      - During my time with the company, there seemed to be favouritism and 'politics' involved in who got promotions and other special treatment. Getting any kind of title change or raise was an uphill battle unless you threatened to leave.
