You have almost no control over your work life balance. Moving up to management you expect to get this and the higher in management you go the less time you have with your family and friends. I just left the company and I haven't been this happy in the 11 years that I was there. Kroger has completely ruined this family based company for their own gain. They are losing very experienced people before they are able to get the replacements trained. Good luck with the future.
