CEO can't even remember 25+ year employees names, titles or anything about them. Senior management gossips about EVERYTHING that is going on with all employees, nothing is kept private. Management pre-selects or has there eye on who they want for open positions before postings even go out. Most of the time they are only posted as a technicalitie because policy says they have to. Qualified people are overlook for positions if they are not one of the "choosen" favorites. CEO is stuck in an outdated mindset and policies are changed on a regular to fit employees into the little box and appearance she sees as "professional ". Training is horrible, most of the time provided by individuals who are not fluent in the subject they are training or haven't been in that role for an extended time frame. VP that oversees training has absolutely no experience or knowledge of any of the areas her "employee" trains on. Extremely high employee turnover! Due to bad employee moral and staff being underpaid. Needs some serious work!!
