This creates an extremely stressful and toxic work environment. The issue of racism at Frequentis is rampant, and it affects both employees and customers. There is a clear lack of diversity and inclusion, and minority employees are constantly subjected to discriminatory behavior. The management team turns a blind eye to this, which only exacerbates the problem. Abuse of power is also a major issue at Frequentis. The management team uses their authority to intimidate and bully employees. They often play favorites and unfairly promote certain individuals, while others are left behind. This creates a culture of fear and resentment. Disrespect towards employees is another problem at Frequentis. The management team does not value their employees and treats them as disposable assets. This creates an environment where employees feel undervalued and unappreciated. Lies and corruption are also common at Frequentis. While the role can provide some hands-on experience, much of the work feels repetitive and driven by recurring problems rather than meaningful improvement. Management is a major weakness. Communication is inconsistent, expectations are often unclear, and decisions tend to be reactive instead of strategic. This creates unnecessary stress and inefficiency across the team. The workplace culture can feel disorganized, with limited support and coordination during critical situations. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own without clear direction. The hardest part of the job is dealing with constant issues without the time, tools, or support needed to properly resolve root causes. The most enjoyable part is gaining experience from troubleshooting, but even that is often overshadowed by the overall environment. Overall, this is not an ideal workplace for long-term growth due to management and structural challenges.
