- Tough work. There will always be work (relevant assignments that push you and the company forward) for you to do and deadlines are constantly and quickly rolling. If you're not used to high speeds or adjusting to them, and can't balance at times an overwhelming amount of work, this is going to be a tough gig for you.
- While everyone is super friendly, the company has some work to do to foster a team environment and dynamic.
