If you're a hard worker, they'll keep adding on responsibilities until you're burnt out. If you're a hard worker, you'll be told (not asked) to stay late, even if you tell them that you can't. Manager can be overbearing at times. Employees are shown little respect and often talked about behind closed doors by management. Students on payroll don't get raises or overtime pay, even if you work there for years. Training is almost nonexistent.
