Supportive staff, decent benefits, good pay working on holidays.

Base pay is very low, and honestly laughable. Training is not very consistent, and there was poor supervision from higher ups. It’s a hospital and things can get worse when not managed properly- but it’s not as structured as it should be. There are major safety concerns, not just with the patients, but with staff.
