- Low salary comparing to the market. - Absolutely NO benefits at all for employees! No bonus scheme, no Christmas/Summer bonus or vouchers, no business discounts, nothing. - No financial support for people who works remotely to create their work space at home. - If and when you have to travel to the office (in Warsaw), the financial allowance for an overnight stay is not even enough for the cheapest hotel (you have to have good friends to stay at their place or to go for a sort of student mostel). - There is NO open communication with the direction. Since a couple of months, we have townhalls presented by the CEO. Once, we were asked to send all our questions prior the townhall, so the CEO would answer. Unfortunately, only 3 questions were answered - which were completely irrelevant and giving absolutely no concrete information. Only 3 questions when the company counts more than 200 employees, that's quite ridiculous. - We are told the company is doing amazing results, but we do not receive any financial bonus on it! - Trainings: they promote themselves as having employees speaking many different languages and from different countries, but the majority of offered trainings are only available in Polish... Even if many of us are learning the language, we still need trainings in English (at least).
