Really love the people I got to work with. The mission of saving lives is really the focus. This company is innovative so some behavioral flexibility would be important, but the work life balance is really great.

- Able to help people through our tests - Great co workers (clinicians) - Great for networking through healthcare community

- Management severely under qualified - No integrity or accountability within upper management - Never included the rest of company in the loop about what was actually going on within the company (i.e. whenever someone quits, they are never mentioned again, no explanation. Prior to mass layoffs due to company closing, no clue into how poorly things were going) This is disappointing because they gave the impression as if the lower employees were in "the know" about the company, via the daily emails with the numbers, but those notoriously were calculated incorrectly in certain places. - Upper management talked poorly about other employees behind their backs. Both about upper management and the employees under them. I reported this on more than one occasion, nothing came of it. - Unfortunately, the dallas managers disappointed. Minus one who left previously
