1yThank you for your thoughts and we are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time here. Yes our targets are ambitious, but they are also realistic and we have a 15-year track record of achieving them. Each employee also works with their manager to set their own individual targets, which are reviewed and adjusted every quarter. Employee well-being is our top priority and we offer a lot of flexibility for an optimal work-life balance.
