Worst local management with no decision making. Worst CEO with impulsive attitude and decision making. CEO is only good in publicity to have a so-called good image, caring to employee and others - but all for publicity. The hiring and firing culture of the company. Firing employee without procedural due process. If you are not marketable to any clients or simply you don't have a client for several months, then expect to have on the day notice of termination. If you are not fit to a project/client or if the client is "not happy" with your work, expect to have performance issue that will be their basis for termination. No proper performance evaluation will be given to the employee. Training? No training to support for employees that are struggling to their task. Shifting schedule? Yes, during pre-employment they will ask you for your convenient schedule and put it into contract but may change during day 1 or if your client will ask. Career advancement? None.
