The atmosphere at FullNet is awesome. Everyone is kind and willing to help out. They are flexible with your schedule and communication flows easily throughout the company. FullNet's focus not only on their customers, but also their employees.

Sometimes the work is monotonous.

They build people first and let them build the company. There are free meals, employee appreciation, benefits, and it feels like a family.

Well, like any family there are disagreements but you can express them. The pay could be more but the environment and loyalty far outweighs that...not a lot of turnover.
