Your success depends on how much he likes you, largely based on the extent to which you will agree to shoe-string together new features for the sake of his (ever changing) product vision, with a total disregard for building and maintaining a scalable quality product. There is bullying and belittling behaviour and a complete lack of professionalism at a senior level. This is frequently openly discussed and yet nothing changes. The pattern of reviews here is telling - either you are happy to play the game, or you recognise the cronyism culture and toxic masculinity and decide to get out. I have been advised by an employment lawyer that I have a strong case for harassment and gender discrimination.
