There are no cons. Or like balance is very good and the management is great and very helpful. Very good.

After completing new employee orientation (Friday), the instructor told me to expect an email from supervisor on what to do Monday. I received a meeting invite for 10 am webex monday (with the understanding i would work from home due to covid19) I logged in to company computer at 9:30 am monday to an email saying i'd been terminated.
