GCX has always been big in valuing its employees We were treated like family Had real good benefits Matching 401k Mad it fun to go into work everyday Having company events made us feel appreciated Had a great leader ( mentor ) John Kruger who always told us Start with the customer and work back, was always there to listen and guide us to success , never had his door closed

After Audax took over we were promised that all will remain the same and would be better under this new era “Super Charge “ But all was just a so we won’t panic A short while after they took over All befits were changed, 401K match dropped dramatically, company events and holiday gathering came to a halt... Audax started restructuring all departments, bringing in VPs trying to fix something that was not broken Made it difficult to express your opinion and if you did, we were afraid of retaliation We had so many layers of managing that communication was lost and our voices no longer mattered We were reminded that “ you are just a number here now “

My Experience at GCX Healthcare Solutions I worked at GCX Healthcare Solutions for many years. During the first years, I can proudly say it was a company that truly valued its employees. The owner genuinely cared about his people, offered equal opportunities for everyone to grow within the company, and fostered an environment of respect and development. I felt heard, appreciated, and like an essential part of the team. However, during the last 5 years, after the company was sold, everything changed. Many meetings were held supposedly to improve employee performance and the work environment, but in reality, many of us disagreed with the changes and voiced our concerns—yet nothing changed. Only upper management truly had the power to make decisions. It was a difficult transition, especially when compared to what the company used to be. Still, I hold on to the positive years and the valuable lessons I learned. For over a decade, the company provided a supportive and inclusive work environment. Leadership (prior to the company being sold) genuinely cared about employee well-being and development. Equal growth opportunities were offered to all, regardless of position. It felt like a workplace where voices were heard and respected.
