the surveys they give you to ask people to take are ones no one would want to take (like on smoking, and they ask your sexuality?!" They are way way too long, and they robo call participants multiple times a day, to the point that they curse at you over the phone. And that's not the worst part, they just up and tell you "No, you're not working today" unprompted like the wind when they don't need you. When you need that money to live! But you'd better not be late to your nonexistent shift, or you're sacked

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
