They have a pretty solid work load so you should always have something to work on ( in theory) The lower level people doing the work are pretty good at there jobs and are willing to teach. Upper management seem to have a good head on their shoulders and the President of the company is a pretty good guy who seems to care. The compensation is also above average for the area

Most of the engineering managers for civil and structural are pretty bad at managing team members. They talk about this huge backlog of work but you’ll have a lot of downtime waiting for the incompetent managers to divvy up the work They’re a bit behind on the times as far as working conditions and their office equipment. If you want any work from home opportunities this is not the company for you
