High risk and state workers

Hard to find one. About 2 colleagues were decent people.

Where do I begin - Miserable management - No flexibility. If you have a family do not expect flexibility around priorities. If you do- expect hostility. - They hire anyone - Employee Turnover is atrocious - Bias family friendly treatment - No progression, bias progression - No support or care around wellbeing - Very small HR team who are barely people centric - Anyone who knows they are paid more than 10k a year more than you looks down on you- struggle to even pass a good morning - You are handed engineers that pass on work to others or just don't turn up to their jobs followed by excuses- you are to then pick up the pieces - Do not ever expect a pay rise - No diversity in higher positions - The CEO does not even look at you if you are not at manager level at least - Nearly loose their council contracts because they hire any engineer to barely do any work and have other planning officers joking around rather than taking calls - If they do not like you or you have too many personal issues, they will bully you out - Engineers are rude, racist and sexist to office staff - Inappropriate comments are made by male staff which are ignored and allowed - Females in the office think its Tinder in real life
