PM's and upper management (owner, VP/FSO, HR) are all awesome. Within the first 90 days, I've already received a 12% raise and monthly commuting stipend. This is the best company I have ever worked for.

Even though I received a raise, I am still slightly under paid for industry average. However, I understand that to win this contract GEM had to come in very competitive to the client. In return, they went to bat for their employees to the client and asked for more money to fairly compensate their staff. This was a negative that they turned into a positive. Upper management is very solid!
