      The 12 hour shifts are nice.. work 2 days off 2 days The job is fairly easy if your a packer

      There is absolutely ZERO communication between management and associates!! The stuff they tell you when your hired never comes true !! The equipment breaks down every 5 minutes because none of it is up to date!! (The amount of downtime is amazing!) THIS COMPANY HAS NO STRUCTURE AT ALL !! .. 1. There is no pay scale!! 2. There is no HR department!! Very poor employee morale!! Very poor pay !! 90% of the associates don't speak English! A lot of temps that never get hired !!

      The only pros are good hours. The only time you will ever be sent home early is if a machine breaks down. If you enjoy having your body destroyed, you'll love it here.

      It's a factory It only does 12 hour shifts It's extremely fast paced The majority of people there don't speak English so being an American temp you are the minority (there was only 3 Americans there when I was there) Manage does not communicate with employees, when you're told to go on break it's by another employee It only pays 8.50 an hour! Yes.. that's right.. after taxes you make less than minimum wage at a factory! There is absolutely no possibility for advancement. You have to be brought in from another company to be a "supervisor" which there's no information even available on that
