1. They are still following traditional methods and not ready to update, where the employee may find difficulty to get adjust if they get selected in any MNCs 2. Leaves are too less, even they consider it as a big mistake if we apply leave that too on Monday s or Friday s. 3. Worst Management ever worked, they don't know how to talk professionally with employees. They think employees as their slaves!! Overall it is a big disaster to work here, I recommend not to join in such unprofessional organization where the seniority rules !! Because money is not everything , peace of mind is important
