They definitely peaked in high school as popular kids and cannot let that mentality go. - If you suggest anything outside the box, they will tell you it's a bad idea and gaslight you into thinking you don't know what you're talking about. - They view you as a cog in a machine and expect you to do they jobs of 3+ people. - People more senior will fall short in their own roles and then blame you, saying you were not proactive enough. - There is NO diversity and everyone thinks alike. - This company was so toxic I almost left the industry completely because it destroyed any joy I got from the role.
