I’ve worked at different sales companies for more than 9 years and this is by far the most poorly run place i worked, the property was not savable in the toxic work environment there.

Management will blame you for everything. If you point out how their sales cycle is all messed up and they are trying to move people into apartments that arnt ready they will tell you it’s not your job and to just keep marketing, then when someone moves into an apartment that isn’t ready it’s suddenly 100% your fault, even though it’s not your job.
