Not so structured and somewhat disorganized

The company culture is good.

Senior leadership often makes technical decisions without sufficient technical context, which can lead to unrealistic timelines and inefficient execution. There is a tendency for strategy and corporate development to generate projects that feel more vision-driven than problem-driven, resulting in initiatives that lack clear ownership or measurable outcomes. The company frequently promises ambitious roadmaps, but internal execution struggles to keep pace. This can create churn, wasted engineering effort, and shifting priorities. There’s also a strong bias toward acquiring solutions rather than building internally, even when in-house development might be more sustainable long term. Compensation is meh but not always aligned with the level of ownership and output expected.
