A lot of my co-workers are very kind. About half of them are very talented and have good work ethics.

No opportunities here, unless your boss favors you. Your performance doesn't matter, even if you consistently perform very well and receive good rating every year, you don't receive any salary increase for 4 to 5 years. If you want a promotion of your job title, wait at least 10 years. Bad compensation and benefits plans, salary is lower than industry average, employee stock purchase plan only gives you 5% discount (The other companies give 15% discount!!). Management doesn't know what are the real issues within the organization, they hired some consultants to modernize the IT department, those people don't know how to manage and motivate people, instead they turned a place that used to be very friendly into a very negative and hostile environment.

You’re paid average for your field and increases are standard. Workload is high but management is aware and doesn’t pressure you.

• Good in office dynamic with coworkers for those who worked in office

• Delayed promotion/raise - you’ll sign a contract in which your raise will be effect but delay it 2 1/2 months • unfair workload - management plays favorite and doesn’t even bother intervening on the issue, rather just gives more work. Multiple times I caught myself doing the work for my peers. • No structure - the office I worked at completely lacked structure where I was shadowing a colleague for 2 weeks before being expected to know what to do • Collision w/ OOO Staff - the out of office staff was very rude at times and because they aren’t in office, management doesn’t push the standards/expectations on them as much as people in office
