The company has a very "horizontal" and transparent management that allows everyone on the team to know what is happening, give feedback, manage their own tasks and bring suggestions/solutions to the table. The team is great! There is a very strong and healthy feedback culture.

They need to adjust the strategy for designing and launching new projects (which is a big challenge for any small company).

Incredible people and team, a lot of room to learn and contribute, very indie vibes where you get a lot of responsibilities.
