They have free fruits and coffee. However there is fruit mafia in the office who eats plates full of fruits and leaves none for others. Once in a while in 6 months or so they give you free outing or lunch No dress code requirements, so good for youngsters.

A lot of issues with this company- No Job security- You cant talk back to manager or any team lead if you want to keep your job. They will kick you out directly so no job security. No work life balance - They tell you different office working hours, and make you overwork everyday by cramming various meetings, work sessions, trainings etc. So no proper work management since the managers and work assigners are not competent enough. There are stupid people who does nothing the whole day themselves, but assign a lot of work to others. Dont believe in work life balance since this place has none. They dont provide you leaves for Indian holidays and instead give holidays for some random festivals which we do not celebrate in Telangana. They believe in promoting and favoring boot lickers, so until you have personal freindship and relations with managers, you wont get any benefit in your work life. Mangaers are arrogant, they speak to you in rude manners, and you cant talk back to them or kiss your job goodbye. They have hidden policies so make sure to ask everything in advance before joining. They make you work weekends sometimes as well. There is no proper parking space They dont provide you additional monetary benefits on a regular basis. They dont give permanent seating space and rotate you everyday like animals Kiss you half day salary goodbye if you are even 1 minute late in office, but they make you stay late and dont pay a dime for that. They give very less leaves compared to other companies They converted the company into a school, they just believe in taking tests, punishing people, cutting salaries etc. Broken furniture

Feedback was either infrequent or not actionable, making it difficult to improve or feel valued. Work environment could feel demotivating due to inconsistent expectations and lack of recognition. Decision-making often felt top-down, with little room for employee input or ownership.

The audacity of the co-founder asking people to submit reviews just to cover up the reality says a lot about the place. A friend of his apparently burned a lot of money trying to build a product that never really went anywhere and eventually walked away. Meanwhile, the people who were actually the backbone of the company were sent home, and naturally the whole process started falling apart. Now what’s left is mostly a group of “meeting nerds” happily sitting in 5-hour calls discussing everything except actual progress. Lots of talk, very little product. If you value your time, sanity, and a bit of self-respect, you might want to think twice before joining.
