There's no dress code. There's Fifa. They finally got a coffee machine just after 2-3 years of everybody's request. We have at least have one team outing, once in just 6 months and the management spends extravagantly on 1 cocktail and 1 round of bowling. It is just so much fun! Unlike the last few years, we finally get compensation for working after office hours but only if we stay until dinner ( they have allotted 200 bucks for our dinner which is amazing! Well, who needs compensation for the extra working hours ? All we care about is the food! :) ) We have enough parking space! If we manage to come 1 hr early. Otherwise, your bike could have a nice sunbath. Who doesn't like to come 30 mins to 1 hr early to work ? Appraisals are very quick! All you have to do is to show that you are in the office the whole time. Make sure you keep backlogs and work at home on weekends, after office too. Go out with the leads/managers whenever you can and whenever you can't too. Try to avoid taking leaves and work from home. And in no time (1 year), your salary will hike by 2% compared to your co-workers. Training is the best thing!!! We just love to get trained, like we could do it all day, all year for different things. The trainer makes sure's that his OCD rubs of on you like opening the exact same tabs in only a particular order and teaches you which keys to press for certain complicated actions like shifting between tabs and browsers. The way they micro manage you is the most beautiful feeling in the world. It's a very respected company that nobody knows. They want only 5 star reviews and not any of the honest reviews (For honest reviews, skip the last 4 reviews before this and save sometime, Thank me later) and asked us to give an anonymous review so it could overlook some of the other honest reviews (positive review of course), so here it is. :D

WORK - Our work has absolutely no value once you step out of this company unless you're a game analyst and again the Analyst work in this company is extremely different from a regular data analyst. So basically, unless you get out of here before it spoils your CV or you get promoted to a much higher role in just less than 5 years, you are really going to waste your time. Because, this experience is equal to null. You won't be able to explain what you did here, it could be called Data Entry too but for games and slightly fancy. The rules are extremely erratic. The rules of the work format keeps changing almost everyday, worst part is.. the team leads and the manager's are on different pages. They give you conflicting answers if you ask them individually, you follow one of them and the other one denies it. Because of this, many times, there are errors marked against you and all these things go into your work report and will affect your appraisals. Even though, recently they made the work timings flexible ( We can come and go at anytime ), the new work policies and the work that we keep getting is just so much, this flexibility rule is pretty useless because we always stay in the company for 10 hrs + easily. Some of the employees stay till 10.30 in the night on a regular basis from 9 am and none of them get compensated and working after office is considered as a VIRTUE in this office. All the rules are mostly only for the juniors, some of the seniors are in the company only because they are in the company from a long time. If a junior misbehaves, then we are given a warning and threatened. But, if a senior does the same or even more, then we have to just understand that they have anger issues and attitude problems and behave like therapists and be the bigger people. You get quarterly bonuses 2 months after the quarter gets over and to get it, you need to be in the company. According to this logic, nobody will get a bonus for their last 3 months. Even though, they have robust analytical tools to analyse an employee's performance. The rating they feed into the system is biased depending on how well the employees can worship their leads/managers. We always wonder, if the CEO is even aware of half of the things that happen here. I am sure, no CEO would back something like this if he knew. In case, he knows but he is encouraging such behavior then god save us.
