      - Thorough induction process - WFH 3 days a week - Specific onboarding app which you have access to which shows you what to expect on your first day/week/6weeks - Work given at a steady pace, not bombarded with loads to do and no idea how to do it

      Svantaggi

      - Not able to take holidays during clients year end (June and Dec) which is a bit annoying as they are 2 times of the year you want to take holiday - Sometimes can be left with not much to do and twiddling your thumbs and have to find work to do - Finish at 5:30 instead of 5

Employee wellbeing is important to us and in line with our responsible business ethos, we encourage work life balance, however, we can appreciate there may be occasions where there may be a requirement to work additional hours and would always encourage employees to speak to their manager should there be any concerns.
