Great company with an amazing culture! The best thing about Gazeus will always be your co-workers, it doesn't matter in what department you work, everyone will always be eager to support you and lift you up. The company's executive board is extremely competent and qualified, and very transparent.

Nothing to complain at this moment.

• Full of competent, fun and creative people always willing to help and achieve goals as a team. • Inspiring leaders that can dig out the best in you and help develop yourself. • Company has employee development budget, so you can always learn and study something you want and share the costs with the company. • Company does support remote work, but the office space is beautiful, clean and very inspiring. • During the pandemic, the company provided everything employees needed to have a smooth transition to remote work. • Your job is well rewarded. Every outstretch you agree to make is registered, remembered and compensated.

• Not very solid goals and most of the times they come late in the year. However the company has been trying to improve this situation constantly. • Feedback sessions are only twice a year. For me the ideal would be every quarter.
