Managers displayed unprofessional and non-technical behavior, solely focusing on pressuring developers. Termination occurred without any prior notice, and the company failed to provide the agreed-upon severance pay. The company exhibited dishonesty towards clients, disregarding appropriate tech stack choices and imposing unrealistic requirements on developers. The overall company environment was characterized by constant pressure, poor communication, and disrespectful behavior. These issues are attributed to the company's culture and treatment of developers.
