Such comments have no place in a professional setting. Leadership fails to take accountability for poor planning and instead blames employees for issues stemming from mismanagement.

1. Unrelatistic deadlines and decisions are made through Chatgpt. 2. Late sittings are a norm, the office timing is 9am to 6pm but employees sit till 9pm on daily basis and every other day employees leave like 3 or 4 am in the morning and then joining back at 9am. 3. Layoffs are very common, if you are hired for a client and management fail to secure the project then they will lay you off without any advance notice. 4. The office environment is extremely dull and boring which highly demotivates (personal opinion). 5. No company culture or work ethics. 6. Most of the employees are their own family members or relatives resulting in gossips and office politics.
