1. Bad management - there's only 1 manager that oversee the operations for WhatsApp Singapore. - not receptive of feedbacks. She will ask for feedbacks and inputs, but will then use it against you. 2. Micromanage - when we first joined, we were asked to go through e-learning regarding the company's culture, work ethics and management. However, actions speaks louder than words. They did the exact opposite of what they preached. They micro managed you to the extend of checking your production time to the minutes and seconds. - You are ONLY allowed 10 minutes of break from 8am to 12pm and another 10 minutes 1pm to 5pm. This 10 minutes includes going to the toilet or if you need to grab a coffee from the pantry or anything. If you have a tummy upset, too bad - you only have that 10 minutes. Afterwhich, if you still need to use the toilet , you need to seek permission from your in charge. - we were hired for a customer service position but we did nothing of that sort. In fact, it's a total different ball game. 3. Toxic Environment - the manager herself created such an unhealthy working environment to the extend that the turnover rate is sky high. (You can google Genpact Singapore, and the reviews from previous employees will shock you)
