The culture of the company despite many complaints about superiors to HR or Head of Departments are neglected and no repercussions happen to the one at fault. Its is proven through the extremely high turnover rate. No career growth and no boundaries when it comes to personal and work life. Public holidays are always bothered and there is always that constant feel of anxiety.
