Extremely High Turn Over - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Geotek

It's a high stress office. Not a lot of happy campers for a good reason. Only company where I've kept alarms to go in exactly at 8:00 put a timer for 4 hours take a 60 minute break exactly and leave exactly at 5. They notice if you come in after 8 or before 5 but they never say anything if you work extra. The reason i kept my time exact was because they weren't going to get not even an extra minute out of me. These guys hire like there's no tomorrow because everyone eventually figures it out and leave. I started with 4 more EI's and within a year there was only 1 left. I am sure he's also gone now.
