Nothing much to share about cons other than the usual Remote Integration: As with many studios, remote workers can sometimes feel less involved in studio culture or decision-making.

They fostered a community to the point where I looked forward to the daily meetings as a freelancer working from home. The Art Directors at the time were great mentors and instilled confidence in their team.

Pay was rather low for the time.
