Women don't stand a chance at G&D; there is an incredible underlying sexism permeating every nook and cranny of this company; very hierarchical; management exploits employees' work without giving them credit or visibility; lots of superfluous and silly activities pampering top management without benefiting the company; management board that thinks it is ruling a kingdom instead of running a company; critical voices are not well liked
