11yThank you for your review and sharing your thoughts on the Giftcraft experience. Although I can say with certainty that I do not agree with the entirety of your feedback, I do respect your feelings. I would like to take a moment to address some of your specific concerns. In regards to your claims on poor product quality, I am proud to share that Giftcraft has breakage of only 2-3% which is well below industry standards. I understand that you feel that the product selection does not appeal to the South Eastern United Sates, however, I feel it is important for me to note that the South East is our strongest region across the entire country. This performance speaks volumes about our customer satisfaction both from a customer service and product perspective. To ensure management shares the company’s vision and direction, I have reinstated two National Sales meetings which are a time for the Giftcraft organization to come together as one and for me and the Senior Management Team to address the entire Sales Force to share our visions and goals for the organization.
In regards to merchandising, just as you recommended, the Giftcraft Merchandising team comes from a variety of backgrounds, education, experience and cultures. I am confident, and the sales results confirm, their collaborative research and creativity, as well as their unparalleled dedication, has resulted in a diverse and exceptional product offering for which the majority of our sales professionals attribute to their success.
Seeking qualified, knowledgeable people is a common goal my managers and I share. It is our mandate to share our expectations with our new territory managers and for all of us to be held accountable for our results.
