There has been a lot of org restructure. I understand that companies have to restructure and make hard decisions but the way the new leadership handles it is not cool.
The SDR org is a mess. They have fired some and threaten the team with PIPs. They want outbound but do not take the time to help SDRs with proper prospecting and account mapping. Creating “better” emails and creating a cute social media presence is not the problem. No one to help with creating an actual value prop and how to show value of what you are selling.
No real career path as an SDR or AE.
