Overall great place to work - I have worked at other call centers and I can truly say this place has a lot of great things going on. I have had the opportunity to grow and learn in a short period of time instead of being stuck in the same department, doing the same thing like other places. I was able to see this company grow tremendously in a year and the changes they have made have always been positive - they even made a change in our bonus and I am able to actually make more now! They are always giving away movie passes, gift cards and contests where they gave away bikes and a big screen TV. Best thing I like about this place is that it's goal oriented without micro managing. There is nobody hanging over your shoulder telling you to say things you may not be comfortable with, instead I was able to speak with my supervisor and they gave me ideas to help my talk off which I liked a lot better. I like the hours as well, the last call center I worked at was open till 9pm which didn't leave me much time to spend with my family, this place closes at 6pm and I only work 8 hours on Saturday total for the month, huge plus for me and my family.

only thing I can say is that I have worked around some people that were not happy and could be negative but they seem to be doing a good job of clearing them out. Parking is difficult sometimes but I come about 10 - 15 minutes early and I usually find one pretty quick.
